🕒 Return Window

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

Free of any stains, odors, or signs of wear

🔁 Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange items if they are:

Defective or damaged upon arrival

You received the wrong product

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start an exchange.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment methodShipping charges are non-refundable

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For exchanges due to errors on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping.
